Price Increases since Jan 2016


(1) High-Priced Provider: We have 2 Providers. 1st one has increased prices as below. These prices are applicable to Procedures 1 & 5.


For No Upfront Fee, Bank to Bank BCL Procedure, Minimum is 100M for Lease and 500M for Purchase. Both prices have increased to 12+4 and 48+4 and Escrow to $155,000 instead of $55,000 earlier. Euroclear is not available any more now.


For all amounts less than 100M Escrow deposit of $155,000  is required.


(1) Low-Priced Provider: This Provider has not raised prices. His Lease price is 6%+2%+2%=10% and his price in case of Purchase is 36%+2%+2%=40%. Procedures 3, 4 and 5 are available on these prices.

1)  Procedure 1 (BCL): No Upfront Fee, Bank to Bank, BCL, Lease at 12+4 and Purchase at 48 +4 Procedure

If you have no cash money  or Credit Line to show your capability to pay through our BCL Verbiage, then please forget about any BG from us. Without a copy of your BCL without MT799, just a copy through email FIRST, we will not move and will not waste your and our time.

 BCL is not required addressed to Provider in the beginning, But before Contract is signed, it is required addressed to yourself, not to the Provider. Provider just wants a copy of it to know your CAPABILITY TO PAY . Contract will be signed after seeing bank proof of your capability to pay BG cost.

 In the beginning BCL may be addressed to yourself by your bank on its letterhead. It says that you have BG cost 8 + 4=12% available for payment through your CASH FUNDS OR THROUGH YOUR CREDIT FACILITY.

 Secondly, it also says that if you lease BG or SBLC, your bank is ready to pay its cost 12% from your CASH FUNDS OR FROM YOUT CREDIT FACILITY.

We do not require any other details about your funds in your bank.

 As a final step we require MT799 and ICBPO. But the problem is initial step.

Please note the Verbiage of our required BCL. We are not asking for any POF or any Proof of cash Reserves.

 All big buyers have big credit lines with their banks and no cash reserves.

Our BCL is asking the same. If your client has Credit Line and no cash, that is OK.

Write in the BCL how big Credit line you have.

 And that BCL is not to be issued to us. It is to be issued to the client itself. We just want to see a copy of that.

 Please note that Provider is not simply signing your LOI. Before signing it, he has to take consent of the 100% Cash Funder and the Issuing Bank.

Provider has to show them that client is CAPABLE of paying BG cost. Without getting the Consent of 100% Cash Funder and the Top Issuing Bank, Provider will not sign Contract.

 Secondly when we send MT799 RWA from any Top Issuing Bank, your bank should commit that it is ready to pay 12+4 Lease or 48+ 4 Purchase cost.

 After you send it to us by mail with LOI, Provider will sign your Contract with all his and Top Issuing bank details. At this stage you have to send the same BCL by MT799 to the Provider bank..

 Then Provider will send you MT799 RWA or Pre-Advice. Then you have to send ICBPO. Then Provider will send BG/SBLC MT760, which you have to pay within 10~15 days after verification.

 Even if Seller is fake, you lose nothing. He is not asking you to pay any cash in advance. He wants you to show first that you are not fake to waste his time.

  First show a copy of BCL, addressed, not to Provider, but to yourself, by your own bank. It will show your worth, it will prove your capability to Purchase. It will show you are not fake.  It will show you are not wasting your and our time. 

 We will move further only after seeing your BCL.

 After this Provider will countersign your LOI to issue BG.

 Otherwise you can go to other Provider, who is ready to dance on your whims and caprices. Our Procedure is Non-Negotiable.

2)  Procedure 2 (1%): 1% Payment after MT799 RWA First Procedure; No Upfront Fee Lease at 6+2+2=10% Total and Purchase at  36+2+2=40% Total Procedure

MT799 first under 1% Procedure.

There is a 1% Procedure is also available for amounts over 51M. In this case, you receive MT799 Pre-Advice First. You have to submit 6-month Bank Balance Sheets. Whatever is your most minimum 1%, you can get BG of its 100%. then you get MT799 first. In this case price is 6+2+2=10% Total

But after receiving MT799 Pre-Advice from Top Primary Issuing Bank, Provider requires you to remit entire 1% to get BG MT760.

4)  Procedure 4 (Transmission Fee): Payment of Transmission Fee is required for low-priced BGWe can Monetize it and BG Fees can be paid from our Monetized amount.

BANK GUARANTEE AND SBLC LEASING TRANSACTION

Face amount of USD/EUR 10 million and more

A separate IMFPA for extra 2% commission is to be signed separately. Client will have to pay a total of 6+2+2=10%. The Price will be much cheaper than other Provider whose price costs 12+4=total 16% for Lease and 52% for Purchase.

This Provider price will be total 10% for lease and 36+2+2=40% for Purchase.

The following SWIFT and bank arrangement fees will have to be placed directly with the provider and paid into an account as nominated by the provider after executed contracts and before the SWIFT MT799/760 is sent to your receiving bank.

*SWIFT and bank arrangement fees have to be placed directly with the provider into his nominated account. The fees are refundable once the client followed through with payment of the yearly leasing fees. If the instrument has to be issued out of a Prime Bank, you will have to add USD/EURO 100,000 to the above quoted figures for SWIFT and bank arrangement fees.

5)  Procedure 5 (Escrow):  Escrow Deposit $155,000 and 50% Monetization Procedure:

(A) Monetization of PURCHASED SBLC issued through our 1st high-priced Provider

If you have a PURCHASED SBLC from another Provider and are looking for any Monetizer, I can introduce you to a big American Monetizing company.
They can monetize up to 10 Billion in Tranches of over $250M each at 75% LTV excluding my direct group commissions from them. After deducting my group commissions, you will be left with net 25% Monetized amount to be remitted to your account, as you have to deduct SBLC Purchase cost 48 + 2=50%. LTV 75% will be divided into 50+25=75%


(B) Monetization of PURCHASED SBLC issued through our 2nd low-priced Provider


If your Purchase cost is 36+2+2=40% under our 1% Procedures 2,3 or 4, then you will have a Monetized amount of net 35%In this case SBLC Purchase cost 40%+net monetized amount 35%=75% LTV.

They will pay 20% on Day 7, 25% on Day 17 and 30% on Day 27. Our 48 + 4 Sale fee will be directly paid by them to us.  It will be all No-Recourse, No Payback loan.

In case of small amounts, they do not monetize Non-Recourse. 

(3) Monetization of LEASED SBLC of Small Amounts:

Monetizer will respond by ICBPO to pay 50% LTV, if Provider sends MT799.

But for small amounts I have another Monetizer who will monetize at 50% LTV excluding my group commissions. After deducting my group commissions and paying our SBLC 12 + 4 fees you will be left with net 34% non-refundable, no pay-back, non-recourse cash. He will pay full monetized amount in one installment within 7 to 15 days

For example if you want $9M or $12M cash Monetized amount, then apply for a $30M or $40M SBLC. At the rate of 34% you will get about $9M or $12M monetized amount remittance from the Monetizer. Same Escrow deposit of $150,000 +$5000=$155,000 is required for any face value of SBLC.

Procedure to get Monetization Agreement in advance

1) Download Form 1, Form 2, Lease DOA (LOI), Escrow Agreement with Lawyer and Provider Agreement and Consultancy Fee Agreement from above on this page.

2) While sending Monetizer-required Form 1 and Form 2, you have to send us LOI or DOA for SBLC and Bank Balance proof that you have $155,000 available in your bank account.

3) Along with Tear sheet you have to send a Signed and Sealed DECLARATION that if Non-Recourse Loan Agreement is signed, you are ready to remit $155,000 to Monetizer within 3 banking days to get SBLC MT799 Pre-Advice or RWA sent by the Top Issuing Bank to the Monetizer Bank through our Provider.

4) If Monetizer approves your Non-Recourse Loan Agreement and sends his Contract duly signed and sealed, then please remit $150,000 +$5,000 Escrow Deposit + $5,000 Consultancy Fees=$155,000 within 3 banking days, otherwise your Monetizing contract will be cancelled.

2)   Documents Required for Escrow Deposit $150,000 + Consultancy Fees $5,000 Procedure:

Escrow Procedure:

 

Provider will not countersign your Contract, nor send MT799 without first getting confirmation of your Escrow remittance of $150,000 + $50,000 from his Attorney.

He and Attorney will sign Escrow Agreement, not Contract, before your remittance.

Or you can visit Attorney and Mandate in Jordan and pay after meeting them face to face. Come back if you feel these people are fraud and unreliable. But If you feel satisfied. then stay there one week and come back with a copy of MT799 within a week after your payment to Attorney.

Otherwise, take back your money from Attorney. He and Mandate will not run away during your one-week stay. Attorney is always available in Jordan Chamber of Commerce since last several years.

OUR MONETIZATION PROCEDURE:

1)    We send you 2 Froms to fill for Monetization

3)    You send SBLC Verbiage or we send our Verbiage to get Bank approval.

7)    If you send MT799, we remit Fees to Provider and Brokers and remit balance to you after deducting these Fees from 50% LTV.

 

FLOW CHART OF ESCROW AND MONETIZATION:

 

  1. Mr. Hussain Khan emails highlighting the procedure for monetization with Escrow deposit including Form 1 and Form 2 for DD of Monetizer
  2. Client submits Form 1 and Form 2 to Mr. Hussain Khan, if he is agreeable to remit $155,000 Escrow amount later.
  3. Mr. Hussain Khan submits KYC Form 1 and Form 2 for DD by Monetizer and approval for monetization
  4. Monetizer vets and gives his approval and sends Non-Recourse (No Payback) Loan Agreement draft to client to fill in.
  5. Client fills, signs and stamps Loan Agreement and sends it Monetizer through Mr. Hussain Khan.
  6. Monetizer countersigns it and informs his SBLC Verbiage and Bank Coordinates for Sending it to Provider through client LOI.
  7. Mr. Hussain Khan sends all the compliance documents related to Escrow Agreement and the LOI/DOA for client to submit on his letter head
  8. Client submits all the required documents including the signed Escrow Agreement and Consultancy Agreement and signed LOI.
  9. Provider and Attorney countersign Escrow Agreement and send it back to client through Hussain Khan.
  10. Client remits $150,000 to Attorney Account in Jordan and $5,000 to Hussain Khan Account in Tokyo and sends remittance Bank Receipts to Hussain Khan, which he forwards to Provider.
  11. Provider sends countersigned DOA to client through Hussain Khan and arranges to send MT799 Pre-Advice to the Monetizer Bank through the Top Primary Issuing Bank.
  12. Monetizer responds Acceptance of MT760 SBLC through his Bank’s MT799 to the Issuing Bank.
  13. Provider sends the instrument to Monetizer through the Top Issuing Bank.
  14. Monetizer then Monetizes as per the Non-Recourse (No Payback) Agreement and remits the monetized funds to the client account and pays the commissions to all the intermediaries.

About 4% Commissions

Clients are getting benefit of 84% of BG after paying just nominal 12+4=16%. They shoud not be so miserly for paying 2% extra commissions to brokers. Such misers can never succeed in their business. They take advantage of 84% free money but are not ready to give 2% to those who are facilitating them to get that 84%. If you are not ready to pay extra 2%, then forget about taking advantage of 84%. Be happy to save 2% by losing your 84%. We do not work for such misers. Let them be happy with their zero benefit, if they cannot share 2% extra from their 84%. We refuse to accept their LOI. We do not accept your pleas to reduce 4% to 2%. There is no commission restriction by ICC. These are all lameexcuses by miser clients who do not want to share even 2% from their free gift of 84% in their BG.
